Colmar

 Around 45 minutes on the coach took us to Colmar which is Really Famous (TM).

We were back in France and it was a really beautiful little place (at least the tourist bits we were there to see) . Half timbered houses and canals, market stalls, bands playing, and HUGE crowds.

We thought we would rather like to return to Colmar during the shoulder season when it's not so busy so we can get a better look.

Hotel return wasn't too late and we found a Nepalese take-away and learnt an important life lesson. Never order a prawn stir fry in a land locked country. Apart from the prawns being like rubber bands we did enjoy the noodles and vegies as a change from bread and sausages!
